Your Right To Complain

We hope that you will enjoy living with your foster family most of the time. However, there may be times when you feel you need to make a complaint about something. We take all complaints very seriously and we’ll do our best to sort things out. Don’t be afraid to tell us if you are not happy. A problem shared is a problem halved.
